TIMS International Ltd. offers legal support and assistance with visa applications for individuals wishing to be educated or continue their education in Canada.
Recent changes in the Immigration Law of Canada, allow a foreign graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada to apply for a Permanent Resident status (for more information, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In order to receive a student visa, the following is necessary:

To have an invitation to study at an accredited educational institution in Canada

To pay tuition fees for the first three months

Prove that you have sufficient funds to cover living expenses for at least 3 months

Preparing all necessary documents takes approximately one to two months. After an appropriate educational program is selected and our fees are paid, we will send you the application form. As more information becomes available after enrolment (detailed course descriptions, schedule, etc), we will be contacting you with regular updates. Applicants younger than 16 need to present the authorities with a notarized letter from both parents giving permission for the trip; the letter has to be accompanied by a certified translation.
