The Privacy statement applies to interactions with TIMS Group Inc. Web
server. It does not apply to any other Web site.

In our preliminary questionnaire we ask you to provide
us with information which is required and is used for the purpose of assessing
your qualifications for Canadian permanent residence. The types of personal
information collected in this questionnaire are name, address, contacts,
education, age, employment, availability of relatives in Canada…..
2.How we use it.
TIMS Group Inc. uses your information to provide you with
our free consultation on your immigration potentialities.
From time to time, we may also use your contact information to communicate
back to you, to update you on our service and benefits we think would
be of particular interest. We will also follow local requirements, such
as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited contact.
3.Who we share it with.
TIMS Group Inc. will NOT sell, rent, or lease your personally
identifiable information to others.
4. Choice.
TIMS Group Inc. will not use the personally identifiable information provided
to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting
you know and offering you a choice. To opt-out of TIMS International contact,
provide your name and email address. This opt-out will cancel all marketing
and support communications.
As previously stated, if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct
marketing materials from us and we will do everything to accomplish your
request.
